Our technicians must therefore carry out, beforehand, all technical interventions to restore access to the data, test the data indicated as a priority and a representative sample.
Once the device is processed in the lab, we are able to provide you with a list of all the recoverable data and their status, thanks to our online tool Diagview. You will also receive a final quotation indicating the corresponding commercial offer, the amount of the service and the indicative processing time. Then you just have to validate this proposal in your application form.
Once you have accepted the proposal via the online form, our technicians start the final recovery procedure. Your data is extracted and copied to the new media we provide you with.
Your data is then sent back to you. As a precautionary measure, their copies are kept on our internal storage servers for 15 days and then deleted permanently and securely. In case of any failure or equipment declared irreparable, we will send you an intervention report and propose the return of the device.
